Terrible place, washing machine blew up, and th dryer broke down still in warranty and they refused to refund after 3 repairs never going there again terrible place!!!!!!!

Very poor customer service. Wanted to support local company but installation of washing machine was a disaster! They removed old integrated machine but failed to notice the waste pipe behind. New one was fitted in the right position so they said and would return to fit door. We used it a number of times once we had dragged it out and switched it on at the mains(!!) but when they came back, the door when fitted projected beyond the work surface by 12mm! When they realised their mistake they did offer to move the pipe for 130.00 !! Unsurprisingly we declined.
