total incompetence and lack of respect for clients cant understand why they have a contract for the insurers, must have been cheapest quote
I'm amending my previous five star review.Very disappointing turn of events.I always received excellent service from this retailer, but unfortunately I've now got reason to report that customers need to take the "free labour for life" offer with a shovel full of salt. It's a scam and I've written to them about it on three occasions asking for their explanation but they have not answered me once in over six months.Please do take my advice.
Wow what can I say,amazing service. I was told my washing machine was not repairable by a different company,I wasn't happy with what they said so contacted appliances world.They came out asap and fixed it within 10 minutes and saved me hundreds off pounds as I no longer need a new machine! Thank u so much,100% will be using them in the future
