Have bought gear from here on their recommendations and demonstrations (DAC, headphones) with excellent follow up advice re CD transport, interconnects, etc and they've been able to direct me to other sources.
Rang with enquiry about Clear Audio Concep deck. Instead of "What can I do to sort" after I was prepared to come up from Plymouth. All I got was ,"I haven't got MC Cartrige or MM Cartrige" without any alternative deck. Also instead of I'll ring you back all I got was I'm Busy now mate, customers in shop! This was after talking to a helpful sounding guy last week. Got the idea spending a couple grand wasn't enough. Will revert to a Rega deck at Sevenoaks in Yeovil. Rob.
