purchased an iPhone XS max in December '18 with a standard 2 year warranty provided by the shop...the phone went wrong within the first week...the store was contacted and a very annoying person called Nathan (who seems to think he owns the store) was extremely unhelpful and in my opinion could not care less...Nathan blamed the SIM card which it could not have been has the phone was shutting itself off mid call and becoming very hot...I was told to go away and order a new sim which I did...as you guessed this was not the cause...today I took the phone back to I store Hereford and guess what Nathan was there again looking down and grumpy...I explained the sim was changed and the problem is still there and Nathan tutted and tapped away on his computer and said we will send your phone away for repair...I insisted that when the phone was purchased I was told that there would be a "no quibble" replacement...Nathan tutted and said "I don't know who told you that"...I said I would like it changed and they went out the back for 3 minutes and spoke to each other...they came back and said "we can offer you a loan phone" I said great!!! they said "the loan phone is an iPhone 6 and it will be 200 down to loan it and when you bring it back we will give you 180 back" I asked "what happens to the 20 out of the 200"??? they said "we have to keep the 20 for you loaning the phone"!!!!!! this really is a pathetic store and trust me there is nothing premium about it...I asked Nathan for there head office and to my astonishment Nathans reply was..."head office don't like there number given out or their address"!!! I have purchased 6 items from this store and can honestly say this is the worst I have ever been in.....a total disgrace...purchase from this store at your own risk!!!!!!.
These guys are great, nothing is to much trouble and they know their stuff. A little expensive but it is Apple.
I had successfully locked myself out of mail (finger trouble) and everything I tried would not solve the problem and I was going around in circles until Josh and the team came to my rescue! Thanks guys very much for your patience and help! I am now back on track.
I rushed here in a fairly stressed out state last week when my laptop had frozen up and wouldnt restart properly. Joshua was so helpful, fixed everything and then took the time to show me how to download everything onto an external hard drive as a back up, and also emailed me some useful Apple keypad shortcuts. Brilliant service, thank you.
We visited this store on Saturday and one member of staff we found rude, Obnoxious, unhelpful and arrogant. We left and returned later to see an alternative staff member who was able to help us and was very nice. No name badge so unable to provide names of either. Probably wont visit again.
