They just would not listenI recently visited Cotswold Mini, Hereford to look at minis to see if one met my requirements. Such a pleasant, helpful female sales person.. She listened to my list of wants in a car and upon my second visit, 11/1/19 arranged for me to have 2 test drives. All going well............so far.The person accompanyng me on the test drives was also exemplary.. Sttill all well.The sales person helping me was going to be away for a week due to movng house. I had made it very clear that I would get back in touch should I wish to further my interest. 'My' sales person made a note accordingly.Unsolicited and most definitely unwanted contacts kept coming. A phone call and several emails. The larest just a few minutes ago......and this is after I contacted the person, who, upon her return to work had apologised in reply to my complaint.Two members of staff have driven away a prospective customer by continually making unwanted.contact. If you value youir privacy and dislike unsolicited contact, keep your email info and contact detaiils to yourself. 27.1.19.....STILL RECEIVING UNWANTED MESSAGES FROM THEM.!
Cotswold Hereford is a fabulous Mini Garage, staff do their utmost and place great importance on making the whole experience stress free and enjoyable whether you are buying a new car, or using the fantastic service department. The garage has a very funky interior, with complimentary drinks and biscuits, even sweets for the big kids amongst us. The service department will also supply a hire car, while yours is being serviced. Who couldn't like love all those brand new minis in the showroom? Love it!
