Really impressed with the service culture at Listers in Hereford, especially the sales executive, Darren Mullaney - knowledgeable, friendly, great service experience.
Above and beyond as usual. Well done Listers.Not so good this time - car is brilliant but PDI not carried out properly - all four tyre pressures were different - 10 psi adrift even on same axle. Had to ask salesman to get them sorted. What else wasn't completed correctly on the PDI??

Fantastic garage and very helpful staff. Listers made my car road worthy after I had been involved in a collision in Hereford and this enabled me to continue my journey back to Cheshire. The body shop did a tremendous temporary repair and the salesroom staff were very kind and understanding supplying my friend and myself with coffee and biscuits.I feel very lucky to have 'limped' into this garage after the accident and had such brilliant service especially as I am not a range rover driver. Thank you Listers.
Staff seem to be more interested in offering coffee than providing good customer service. Since purchasing our Discovery Sport, Listers took 4 attempts to fix an exhaust system problem and on releasing the car the final time, the exhaust was hanging off. Throughout the whole time, we felt the service execs really had no idea what was going on, rarely phoned back when promised and had to be chased. We were assured by Service Manager that this was not representative, so we agreed to give them a second chance with the first service this week.We delivered the car to the service team first thing and pointed out that we lived one hour's travel time from them, so agreeing a return time was vital. We were assured that the car would be ready by 3pm latest. At 2pm, just as we were expecting a call to confirm ready, we received a text (not a phone call!) which just said there were holdups and the car would not be ready until 5:30pm. They must have known for some hours that things were getting behind, but couldn't be bothered to keep us informed. In the end the Service Manager himself had to nurse the car through the workshop to bring things forward. So what is the purpose of the service execs - it seems just to look smartly dressed and offer coffee.So much for Listers making the most of their second chance. We'll be going elsewhere in future
