After the 2 and a half hour drive down, he was very helpful, not pushy and trying to force the sale, even let us go and view another car at a different dealership we seen.Good value on the cars we seen at TMD. 5/5 would go there again.

I had 2 questions when I called - 1) does it have 2 keys? 2) does it have any smell of dogs inside? When reassured of both, I drove for over an hour on a very hot day to see the car. On arrival, enter the car and am hit by a strong dog smell. The rear bumper is covered in claw scratches and dog hair is evident on the rear shelf. Complete waste of my day, very angry about being lied to as I don't have time to waste. Please don't trust what Mindy says.
I bought a car over the phone from Mindy. He was helpful and polite and gave me all the information I needed. I agreed a price with him over the phone and wanted to give him a deposit. He said it was not necessary as we had an agreement. I am a distance sale so told him I would book my flight and get a train to his dealership early next week. He said that was fine he would take car off sale and reserve it for my arrival.6 Hours later I get an abrupt email to say he had just sold the car to another customer. This is after I booked flights and train. I called 12 times and my call was avoided. Eventually it was answered and the guy I spoke to Thomas had no interest, just tough luck.I think I had a lucky escape as if this is what these characters do before you collect a car imagine what they would be like if something went wrong.Steer Clear! No Integrity.
