Nice site. Brilliant shower block. Nice clean facilities. On site restaurant OK if you not too fussy.
Very good touring site, 10 miles from Hay on Wye, 9 miles from Hereford. Well maintained & very dog friendly. All pitches are level hard standings but no need for rock pegs, all have 16amp, water, tv point and premium pitches have waste water drainage. Good walks around the site, reasonable pitch & putt course for fun for all ages, big play area for the kids. Shower block is the best I've seen with piping hot water & good shower pressure and individual wash cubicles too. Small shop at reception and a very welcoming bar restaurant at The Mill. Great range of beers & spirits, tasty homemade pizzas and daily specials. Dan, Fi & Kevin ensure a great atmosphere. Park also has a large number of statics but well separated from tourers.
Brilliant site for camping with dogs. Had been put off by size previously but wanted last minute weekend getaway not too far from home and what a revelation. Brilliant facilities and outdoor games. Stream runs alongside park and dog loved that in the heatwave! Local walks from site and even a pub serving decent pub grub. Will definitely be back. Thank you poston.
Quiet and peaceful, excellent facilities,friendly staff, reasonable prices. Excellent restaurant/pub run by great hosts, Lovely food and cold beer.Will definitely be returning here again as there's so much we didn't see in the area,Keep up the good work
Just returned from a four night stay with our camper van. What a lovely site. Great to have water and TV on the pitch, facilities were excellent, always clean. The pitches are a good size. The rest of the site, riverside walk, recreation area etc were some of the best we have seen. Lovely walks direct from site. We used The Mill for lunch on Sunday and drinks at other times, the food was great, the service was good too. The site is well cared for. We were prewarned about a power cut on our last morning but this didnt affect us at all. I am sure we shall be back.
