Nice place to feed the ducks and walk the the dog not much else
Love taking the dog up here grass is cut regularly so plenty or walking routes around.
It's so lovely! Great to go for a run and great to take dogs and children for an easy walk! Has a lovely little park there too for children as well!
I'm out for a walk around the pond at Belmont country park. I was only going out for a 20 minute walk...l've been out for an hour.It's so dark and misty, quiet and beautiful. Standing looking at the half moon, Venus just down to the right at 5 oclock. There are so many stars. There's nobody else around, just me. The mist is lovely, magical, mystical. I smell woodsmoke, l hear an owl, l can hear the swans on the pool. Lights from the cars in the distence fuzz through the mist. It's beautiful. Crisp and cold. Water trickles over the dam, the only sound l can hear now except for the feint sounds of the aircraft l can see flashing lights high above me. There's the rushing sound of the quiet....if that makes sense. This is lovely. A 9pm wintery walk in blackness..l highly recomend it.
