Snap Fitness - HerefordI was initially a little wary of joining Snap Fitness, I had the impression it was all weight lifting, and it wouldn't be for me. How wrong I was! On joining just under a year ago my training predominantly consisted of cardio and not much else - I pretty much had the same routine every time I went to the gym. Since then, I have taken on some of the regular club challenges (90 Day Goal, Dead Hang & 12 Days of Fitmas Challenge) which has introduced me to other parts of the gym and various different exercises. I also regularly attend weekly classes; Bands, HIIT & Abs being a firm favourite. I sought advice from Katie and she devised three training routines for me (Lower body, Upper body & HIIT). I can honestly say I enjoy going to the gym, weather it's on my own, to train with a friend or to attend a class. I feel comfortable in the friendly atmosphere and enjoy the fact Katie & Aaron are on hand to offer support and advice.
I've been coming here for approximately 18 months after trying out a few gyms in Hereford and I really enjoy it here. The staff are friendly and always at hand to assist you in your training and goals. The equipment is in really good condition and looks brand new. Personally I don't do the fitness classes but my wife does and she really enjoys them. The gym, showers and toilets are always spotlessly clean too and it's open 24 hour which suits me because I work unsociable hours so I still get my train in for the day. Great gym!!!
Friendly staff, good equipment. People just getting on with fitness. Best gym I've been to.
Great for a commercial gym with friendly and knowledge staff. Chilled atmosphere mostly. Can be busy at times but the 24 hour access allows me to train at unusual times.
