Great all-rounder for people interested in sports of all kinds. Could do with a "gym only" membership level for those who don't want to use all other services though.
Halo leisure centre Hereford, is a great place to go as they have all different sports clubs and fitness classes, and a great state of the art gym, all at good prices,also a lovely caf and soft play area for young children. Only thing I didn't like is the having to pay to use the car park.
Great site, don't expect them to answer any email queries though.

I highly recommend and this is coming from someone who up until recently has led a somewhat unhealthy lifestyle. The staff are polite and easy to talk to, the induction in the gym was amazing but I suggest being honest with them. I've got arthritis in my knees and hip yet they've sorted out a beginners routine to get myself back in shape without me damaging myself further and also suggested classes to help with stretching and posture. I'm really impressed, certainly made me want to go back and that's coming from someone who's suffered with various mental health issues his entire life. Thankyou! :)
