I love looking round this store! I always walk out with something, usually not what I went in for! From wallpaper to kettles,art stuff and toys also a garden centre area. Plenty of selection of pretty sparkling things for the inner magpie!
You can enter the store in a wheelchair but that's about it. The walkways are stacked with stock, I could go down one section but then had to turn around and come back out then go around the whole shelving section to get to the other side of the original one. I understand that they need to make as much from this Xmas trading period but we like to be able to shop as well even though I'm in a wheelchair. The store manager was very polite and offered to go around the store with me to move things out of the way but that misses the whole point of my independence. I wrote to the company asking why they were discriminating against wheelchair bound shoppers but they haven't even responded to me . And that's their customer service !! Dept. So please if you are in a wheelchair don't go in unless you can deal with the frustration and hassle of asking things to be moved all the time .
The staff are super friendly here. Theyre always accommodating and love to make a special effort to help. The products are very good and rather cheap too. The store is always clean and fully stocked
