Food range superb but whoever is choosing the ladies fashion is way off the mark!
Small clothes shop with food hall in the basement. It does have a few items of furniture in its little home wares section. The layout is claustrophobic and difficult to navigate the maze of displays. The lift takes ages to arrive as it is too small, servicing all three floors you can wait ages for it to arrive with space to use it, all too often the doors open to reveal that it is already full. Not sure what the intended customer age range is aimed at as clothing seems to be dated or overly trendy with little in the middle. Good quality products. Smart well presented efficient staff
Used to love going there to clothes shop for my son - until I went to return an item of clothing, and the member of staff (a tall, blonde, older woman, in her 50s if I were being polite) was extremely rude to me! A queue behind me, told me there was no point exchanging my items as theyd gone down in price, took them all out the packet and scattered over the til, and just shoved them back across to me with a stinking attitude!!! I feel sorry for that cows husband! If hes stuck around!! For that reason Ill never step foot in there again!
Great store with a wide variety of clothes to suit people of all ages including young children. Prices are not cheap but then you pay for quality and lasting value. There are some offers in store but are limited to certain clothes but there are some bargains to be got. Customer service is excellent. There is also a canteen on the first floor serving coffee, sandwiche ,cakes and light lunches. Lifts are available for customers who are disabled, use disability scooters or pushchairs.
