Very nice helpful people on the phone and web chat. My exchange did take a long time after christmas but this is to be expected and people were always on the end of the phone to chase this up. In terms of an online countryware retailer I would rate them very good.
Delivery has always been very prompt apart from recently when a parcel from them went missing. They could not have been more helpful in raising an enquiry with Royal Mail and offered a replacement of refund when it failed to turn up. I am very pleased with their service and after sales help.
I did not buy anything expensive and only the one item, but still they sent me a small gift, brilliant communication very good service, having looked at their website they have lots to offer. My wife and I spent August Bank holiday in HEREFORD in our tourer caravan we have booked to go again next bank holiday, so we shall certainly visit their premises for a good gander every success to them for the future.
