Trying to ger feedback on an offer you have made is like trying to get blood out of a stone! They don't even seem to pass on half of what you say to the vendor. I don't think communication is one of their strong points. EDIT: They came good in the end, so it's only fair to mention that & I have upgraded them from 1 star to 3.
