Absolutely disgusted with RBB. Way overpriced admin fees and prices. Complete daily malfunction of loss of paperwork and lack of communication - I am shocked. Never ring you back and always forget to tell you something. Been 11 months and still havent received my deposit after being chucked from pillar to post. I have a passionate dislike for this estate agents as do many other people i know who have experienced the same.
Got to give a massive shout out for Lucy at the Hereford branch. A breath of fresh air and how all estate agents should be. From the first visit to my new house right up to the purchase she was professional, personable and efficient (unlike your conveyancers, that's another story). Despite my often frustrated calls and emails, she was open, polite and patient. And, very importantly, she was honest too. This is how to sell a house, Lucy style.
