Very disappointing. We needed some plumbing work done in our office. A chap name Lofty came to have a look and told me he would get a quote to me within a week. This was almost 6 weeks ago and I haven't received a quote or a response to the follow up eamil I sent after 2.5 weeks. Apalling service.
Did a job for my wife just outside Hereford whilst I was at work, yet he spent half his time chatting her up and talking about himself. Paid him when he eventually got the job done, but would never recommend him or use him again. Couldn't wait to see the back of him. God knows why he thinks he's gods gift to women. Just saying.

If you want the job done send for Lofty. We needed an emergency job doing and he responded quickly and sorted it. Having just moved in to an old house we had other plumbing matters that needed sorting. He was excellent in getting the equipment needed and coming back to fit them. Prices very reasonable.
