mark has just completed giving us a whole new bathroom. he arranged all aspects of the job that he didnt do himself and the bathroom was completed in the time he told us. the completed job is immaculate and we are very happy with our decision to use him. mark is friendly , always punctual and flexibly worked around the needs of our autistic son.the whole process was achieved in a completely stress free way and it was a pleasure to have him and the people who worked with him in our house. the only plumber we would now use.
Called Mark due to leaking bath taps onto living room ceiling after insurance call out previous evening had failed to rectify the problem leaving it in a worse state of repair. After speaking to Mark the next morning, he called out 4.15 the same day, spent an hour and a bit sorting the problem after much trial and error !!! Very impressive service, would recommend him for repairs, new plumbing and bathroom installations and a nice chap to boot!!!
