Had to take my elderly father for frequent appointments with Dr Harris. He has always been extremely sympathetic to his needs and provided excellent care, information and reassurance, as have the nurses and office staff. One star lost as is hard to hear the intercom - text display screen would be a great improvement.

Absolutely terrible, went there for help and they didnt even look at my injury, just said to book in with the physiotherapist who is off for 3 weeks and only works 1 day a week, so now I have to wait over 1 month before I can even get looked at. Absolute joke is what it is!
My son needed to be seen on Friday afternoon. We had a triage call back within half an hour and was seen by a nurse practitioner within an hour. It can take a while to get routine appointments but I am sure that is a common issue. Overall very good.
If you are not dieing then you cannot have proper treatment you needs to come back again...when they take blood not sterilising your hand what is dangerous .....my mom had 184 blood pressure and when I asked to see the doctor they said there's appointment only for tomorrow when in a waiting room was only one person waiting to see a doctor...
