As far as the doctors go not a bad one and the usually wait time is the same across the board wherever your practice is. The 1 star (I would Give it none if I could) is for the reception staff. Rude, undermining and generally customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Dare you complain of their incompitance rest assured you will receive a complaints letter in the post of your manner. Defensive if questioned, blame shifting and attitude terrible. Once you get past the power crazed people the docs are very friendly and helpful
Had the misfortune to have a very severe episode regarding a trapped nerve in my neck. Believe me when you really need the NHS it is second to none.I can't praise this practice enough, Thankyou
Terrible service if you have to order prescriptions over the phone. Rude and unaccomodating reception staff - where is the duty of care ? Cannot order a prescription over the phone at 4pm on Friday - but you can walk in and order any time in person - very annoyed ! Some of us don't have access to a phone whilst working all day !!!
I have been seeing them since i was born and they have been nothing but helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend.
No appointments for a week at a time if you are bad make sure you book your sickness in advance snotty receptionists did not need them for 10 years when you need a bit of help you can't get it!!!!!!
