A great site. Very picturesque surroundings with a useful, well-stocked shop and cafe/restaurant on site. We have found all the staff to be extremely helpful and polite. On two occasions when we have stayed there (once due an illness where we had to cut short our stay), and another instance (where a close family member needed an urgent hospital admission), the staff were extremely understanding and sympathetic. Good sized pitches. On our previous stays we have met some lovely, fellow motor-homers/caravaners. We only wish they were open all year round!
Very pleasant and friendly site, situated on the bank of the river Wye. Cafe / restaurant on site as well as shop. Everything very clean and well maintained. Recommended.
Ive been coming to Lucksall for a number of years. Extremely well kept site, always clean and tidy but for all this, the staff are quite laid back. Always relaxing, beautiful area, surprisingly well stocked shop which is very reasonably priced. Toilet and shower blocks are always well maintained. Pitches are a good size and even have Freeview Aerial points on the pitches.
Beautiful site with nice big well kept pitches. The site has a cafe which serves breakfast lunches and evening meals. And is also a licensed bar. Locate right next to the river wye. This is our second visit to this lovely site. And wouldn't hesitate to return.
A really super place. Very spacious pitches in wonderful maintained surroundings. Nice shop on site as well as a cafe come restaurant. Dogs most welcome
