Brother just went in too collect and finish paying for a bike he ordered over 3 weeks ago to be told that it wasn't in stock and if he still wanted it it wouldn't be in till after Christmas his son is distraught poor service poorly trained staff and over all disappointing company used to be a good company up until they started putting rates of pay before experience and knowledge of staff update went in today to get the car radio changed to which the reply came sorry we don't stock the keys for that radio a car parts supplier that don't stock head unit removal keys poor service quality and no staff experience very poor
I got a bike from here and it's the best I ever had
I left my sons bike for golden service, supposed to be ready in ten days time and what a surprise when we get there. Bike in complete dismount, nothing was done and service guy tryied to say it was ready, what a joke!!!! Make me livid as my son needs his bike to get to college. I took bike how it was to the local shop. Will never recommend Hereford Halfords to any one and will spread how they playing up!!!!

Friendly staff. A little over priced but they often have guarantees/ warranties with their items. For car parts it's pretty easy and an accessible place to go to, they have a wide range of stock so things are usually available. Knowledge staff, they were very helpful when purchasing my son's car seat and also fit it for me. Overall a good place but bit pricey.
