Absolutely loved all parts of purchase from Climb On and Jon. He was incredibly knowledgable throughout and offered great advice on all elements of the bike. We had a small delay with the delivery of the bike, but again Jon kept communication strong and up to date. Great shop great Staff. I popped in with a worn,bent rear spindle. The shop didnt stock them or find the match on line but one of the mechanics re threaded and straightened it for me! Got me back on the trails Highly recommended these guys
Just brilliant!! Sorted an issue with my Daughter's bike (which was bought elsewhere) for free. We then had excellent advice on a couple of smaller buys. Couldn't recommend highly enough and we will certainly be back.
Been looking to upgrade my mountain bike for a while but didn't really know where to start, Joe sorted that for me! He made sure everything was the correct, from the size to the air in the shocks. His advice made a huge difference, when finding the correct bike. I was able to try the bike out on the road, which really helps. Joe and John even helped me load it into my car to make sure it fitted before buying, even the price was identical to online which is really impressive! Brilliant service, cheers guys.
