Freezing cold inside. Even the person on the till had a coat on with the hood up. We stood at the till to order, started to order and rudely the lady on the till just answered the phone and started to take that order instead. Needless to say, we walked out to go somewhere more welcoming.
Have been a frequent user for 3 years. Food is delivered in time stated, usually before. Food is of a high standard. When we buy Chinese food in Hereford we always order for New Lucky House.
