My wife has just returned from a knee operation at the wonderful Nuffield Health Hereford. Amazing staff, exceptionally polite, in no way rushed and a clear commitment to high quality care. We both want to thank the whole team who supported us (Room 20 on 21st Nov 2018) The care assistance, the Porters, The Caterers, The nursing staff, the Drs and the specialists were all OUTSTANDING!! The care received was personal, attentive and outcome driven.Thank you again and keep up the amazing work you do.
Surgical team was efficient and faultless. Post surgical care was superb. Allison and Kim were particularly wonderful. Facilities, menu and catering were all excellent.
The Nuffield HEREFORD are basically an NHS overflow hospital. The staff are the MOST unhelpful, nasty, officiuos appointment and advise blockers EVER. They all need retraining or moved to different areas away from the patients. I cannot tell you how lucky my wife and I are that we no longer need to use the Rude service from NUFFIELD HEREFORD. This in no way reflects other Nuffield Hospitals that are in general very pleasant & Good. Adam

I was admitted on a day case for an Umbilical Hernia repair 6 weeks ago and cannot fault all the team, surgeons (Mr Grocott, a truly lovely man) theatre, scrub nurses, sisters, nursing staff, catering and even reception ladies. My room was impeccable and such a treat especially as my op was funded by the NHS. My Sister in charge of me for discharge, walked me out to my waiting car driven by my husband and we safely arrived home after husband tried to avoid all the pot holes. I highly recommend the Nuffield, Hereford and hope that a hip operation I will need in the near future will be with them even if on the NHS. Thank you everybody and by the way, it's all healed nicely and I am up an running once more, apart from the dodgy hip.
