A disappointing experience... I bought a sprig of mistletoe for my partner from Great British Florist in 2017, a lovely experience (and romantic touch)! I decided to make the mistletoe a festive tradition and ordered the same product last Christmas (2018) - the experience couldn't have been more different. I paid for nominated day delivery, the 'sprig' of mistletoe arrived FOUR days late (with no apparent reason for the delay). The delivery cost was not automatically refunded. Not only that, but unlike the delicate sprig (with ribbon) that my partner had received the previous year, this was a whole branch of mistletoe! Not something delicate and decorative to hang up in the living room... A total shame and very disappointing. I am sorry to say that I will be shopping elsewhere this Christmastime!

These guys did our wedding flowers and were totally amazing. What they produced was way more than we could have imagined and good value for money. Lovely people to deal with too, highly recommended. +++

Went on a wedding flower arranging course. Such an amazing morning. Such lovely people running the course and people there. Genuinely feel like I might be able to do it. Well with a good bit of practicing!!!
