Excellent service and very professional in every way
I never write reviews unless something is incredible or shocking. I read some of the reviews about this place and I thought Ill try them. Unfortunately the guy who answered the phone had zero customer service skill and extremely rude. I had to cancel the van which I booked and change to an alternative date. This annoyed the guy so much, he hung up on me and was incredibly rude. What a shame as I imagine the other reviews probably had genuinely good experiences. It takes one person to make the experience poor.Sorry
Very friendly, professional and efficient service. They were the only Hereford based car hire company that I could get a car from at short notice on a Sunday. Excellent service and would highly recommend.
