Went to The Address for some cosmetic procedures and have been absolutely thrilled with the results. The staff are incredibly chatty and friendly whilst at the same time maintaining an air of absolute professionalism and courtesy. My colleague also had a cut with Roberto whilst I was there which is absolutely gorgeous. Best Salon in Hereford, more like a top NY or London experience. 100% recommended.
I had never heard of the Address before they moved into Hereford City Centre. I then booked myself and a friend in to have manicure and pedicure as a treat for my friend's birthday. The staff were so kind, really friendly and experienced. Its lovely to go somewhere and feel like they are actually interested in a conversation with you. We felt so relaxed afterwards. I more recently went back for a haircut. Following a mix up with the appointment day/time they were so apologetic and offered me a discount. I was SO pleased with my haircut Roberto was easy to talk to and so professional. His wife was also lovely chatting to me as I was the only one in there. My new favourite place, reasonable prices for the quality you get and so accessible! Thank you everyone xx
I had a nail appointment today with Abbie and she was amazing, she was very professional and Im very happy with the outcome of the nails. Everyone in there seems very friendly, Im very pleased with my nails and Ill definitely be returning to get them done again. Keep up the good work guys and youll definitely be one of the best places around town! X
